Server-2-Server uses self-generated data (First party data). This data is stored within a controlled environment or server. This allows you to decide which data you do/don't want to share. As soon as data is sent from this storage/server, privacy-sensitive information is automatically encrypted. This way you have full control over the exchange of data.
